Poffins

Poffins are consumable items that boost a Pokemon’s contest stats. They are made by blending berries together using a Berry Blender.

Poffin Tiers

How Poffins Work

1. A poffin has a flavor that determines which contest stat it boosts
2. The actual boost amount depends on the poffin’s quality (0-100)
3. Feeding a poffin costs sheen — once a Pokemon’s Sheen reaches 255, no more poffins can be used
4. The smoothness value reduces the sheen cost (higher smoothness = less sheen consumed)

Cooking Minigame

When a player uses the Berry Blender item, a cooking minigame starts:

1. Add berries to the blender (up to 4 depending on tier)
2. Time your stirs during the cooking process
3. Quality is determined by timing accuracy
4. Smoothness is determined by consistency

Quality affects the actual stat boost amount — higher quality means more boost.

Smoothness affects how much sheen is consumed when feeding — higher smoothness means less sheen.

Using Poffins

Right-click a poffin to feed it to your focused/first Pokemon. The poffin is consumed and the stat is boosted.

Limits:

• Pokemon must have room under the 510 total stat cap (excluding Sheen)
• Pokemon must have Sheen below 255 to accept more poffins
• Individual stats cap at 255

Strategy

Feed poffins strategically since the 510 total cap and 255 sheen limit are hard limits. Higher-tier poffins give more boost per sheen point spent. Plan which stats to max based on which contests you want to compete in — smoothness is worth optimizing since it stretches your sheen budget further.
